Winemaking and Analysis

• Component grapes sourced from the original Luckett Estate Vineyard plantings; Avonport
Estate and from the highly regarded grape growers near Centreville, Lockhartville, and
Aylesford
• 2 to 3 weeks maceration and fermentation time, with a gentle pressing
• Older French Hungarian, and American barrels used to maximize micro-oxygenation,
while limiting overly intense wood expression. 14 month average aging in barrel
• Full malolactic fermentation
